“I’ve known Audrey for more than 20 years as a friend and neighbor. When it came time to sell our family home there was no question in my mind as to who I would want to list it. Even though we’ve been friends all these years Audrey’s level of service blew me away. She’s the most organized project manager I know and she does it all with a Mary Poppins attitude and competency. Audrey helped us identify needed repairs and improvements, she connected me with all her sub contractors and many service providers and we were able to get workers on site immediately. Together we managed through a massive renovation and completed any and all deferred maintenance, in less than 45 days. When it came time to consider offers Audrey took the time to speak to each agent representing several buyers, to be sure she understood each offer exactly as written and to clarify any contingencies. Having a clear understanding of each buyers situation allowed us ti accept the right offer for our property.
