Christa is the best in the business. I would never use another realtor after working with her! She worked so hard on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Christa was phenomenal. We had an incredibly narrow time window and criteria, she delivered in full force. She was EXTREMLY knowledgeable about the area, not pushy in anyway and most importantly got us an incredible deal on our home. In fact, there were several homes that we actually were considering and might have closed on, but Christa encouraged us to wait and be patient. Sure enough, she found us the perfect home. We were so lucky to have had her working with us and would recommend her to anyone.

Let me start by saying Christa is AMAZING to work with! My husband and I needed to list our home in Hermosa Beach quickly as we were being relocated to San Francisco. We contacted Christa on a Monday morning and she met with us that evening. From the moment Christa arrived, I knew we were in the right hands. She came prepared with research on our home, recent sales and had recommendations ready for us to review. That was just the beginning. Within that same week Christa had other Brokers view the property to get feedback as well as Stagers come into the home. She also arranged painters, stucco repair, tile work and a photographer. By the end of the week, the house was transformed and ready to be listed – not to mention it looked better than it had the entire time we were there. I almost forgot to mention – she even went to the nursery and purchased plants and bark for the planter beds and spent her Sunday morning “in the dirt” because she wanted to ensure all the final touches were in place before the open house. The open house was the week after we initially contacted Christa and we had an offer accepted 2 days later at full asking price!!! I know this is a direct result of her advice, expertise of the neighborhood, pricing the home right and the improvements that were made. She is a great communicator and kept us up to date every step of the way. What I really appreciated about Christa is she always checked in to see how we were feeling with everything and made sure we were comfortable. She is incredibly personable, has a wealth of knowledge, and a true gem. You will not be disappointed if you work with her!! I 100% recommend Christa and if we are ever the market in Southern CA, she will be our first call!

I have bought homes, leased homes and sold homes with Christa over a 5 year period. My wife and I purchased a beach home in Hermosa and that was initially to be used as a vacation home and then decided to use it as a rental property. Christa found very good tenants and as we were out of the area- was more than helpful in taking care of any tenant issues. As we are planning to ultimately relocate to southern cal in the coming years, I would not hesitate to utilize Christa again. She was fabulous.
